Improv 2 (Grades 9 to 12)

Fri, Oct 4th. 5-8pm

Sat, Oct 5th. 10am - 6pm

This weekend intensive course teaches the fundamental tools for improv: sharing ideas and learning to build a story together.  Using the famous“Yes, And” philosophy, students learn to problem-solve and collaborate onstage through character, environment and storytelling exercises. Improv is the fine art of listening, receiving and giving information in the moment, but most importantly it helps us to undo our expectations of what SHOULD happen, and helps us to see what IS happening; an important approach to life, never mind the stage. Our course will culminate with a show for friends and family.

10 hour course = $100.00
